Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on new client enquiries.
• Build relationships with companies, referral partners and professional networks.
• Coordinate meetings, proposals and client communications.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and follow-up records.
• Support corporate retainers and institutional relationships.
• Represent the firm with discretion, professionalism and sound judgment.

What we are looking for

Strong communication and relationship-management skills. Professional English is required and Arabic is highly advantageous. Experience in legal or professional services, or within the UAE business environment, is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with court, prosecution, police and government-authority procedures.
• Prepare, organise and maintain legal files and supporting documents.
• Monitor filing requirements, appointments and deadlines.
• Coordinate submissions, collections and official follow-ups.
• Maintain clear records and status updates.
• Handle confidential information with care.

What we are looking for

Organised, reliable and familiar with UAE legal and administrative procedures. Strong Arabic and working English are required. Prior experience with UAE courts, execution, prosecution or government authorities is strongly preferred.
